Huang Sisi from ioffer sent me a cheap necklace instead of 2 iphones that I bought from him/her. Ioffer Internet
Hi,
I purchased 2 iphones from a seller in Ioffer at the price of $360. The seller provided myself, Paypal, Ioffer the same tracking number which was good. After a week or so when I got the item delieverd to me, there was no iphone. instead, there was a cheap necklace that I didn't order. The seller got restriced from ioffer immediately after my puchase. I contacted the seller several times with reply and paypal will not refund my money because I think they refund only if the package was not recieved. not sure...
I just want my refund and I appreciate if you can help me. Thanks
