Hudson And Marshall Buy Bidding, This is when an auction company places bidders in the crowd to bid the items up with no intention of purchasing. In these folks case its a 100,000.00 dollar house. Dallas , Texas
Hudson and Marshall do Auctions all over the U.S. mainly in the foreclosure market. I understand reserves also understand no sales, but I can and will not ever understand paying people from across the country to show up and set in the crowd to bid the properties up, this is fraud plain and simple. To my knowledge this practice is illegal in most states. If not it should be. Why hasn't the Media picked up on this. I have thought about calling each state and finding out what the law is. I have had an inside look at these people, no I'm not a former employee that got canned with a grudge, never worked for them. I guess after time things eat at you and the general public should know, they pay people to bid against you, they fly them across country put them up in separate hotel, and won't talk to them if anyone can see, it is a con.
