Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I took delivery of the car on 02/23/2015 and was provided a 20-day temp plate. Connecticut state vehicle inspection has been done 02/24/2015 and faxed over to Hudson Hyundai same day. I was told I will receive a call when my CT State plates arrive. It is now 03/13/2015 and I still do not have my registration or plates. I contacted CT DMV this morning 03/13/15 and they said that new plates never been issued and that they never received any paperwork from Hudson Hyundai. Now because of their negligence I got stuck here with a car that I can no longer legally operate and I don't have any other vehicle to get to work. Dealer did not offer any solution. Buyers Beware.

Every state has a temporary moving permit that lasts roughly 10 days. All YOU have to do is GO TO DMV and TALK!!! They will inform you of the same thing. It varies from state to state. Sometimes there is a nominal fee and sometimes its free. As long as you can show proof of insurance and proof of ownership this should only be a issue of time. That will allow time for your plates to come in. Submitting information and having said information processed by said governmental agency are two ENTIRELY different things. So its more then likely that the paperwork was submitted by the dealership and DMV just hasn't processed it yet. Stop for a min and use that brain of yours for more then keeping your ears apart. Use some logic and common sense. What does the dealership GAIN from YOU not being able to drive? NOTHING!!!! In fact all it will do for the dealership is cause issues with a customer that THEY want to avoid. What does DMV gain from YOU not being able to drive? Possible fines which is revenue. Add onto that how many "Remote requests" they get in a day and the math shows you that they are more then likely behind. When you add in the NORMAL day to day work as well. Its understandable. All YOU have done is go on a media outlet and put yourself in danger of facing a lawsuit for defamation. This is NOT a "Buyers BEWARE!" situation, this is governmental SOP. What YOU have done is FAR WORSE and I would be keeping an eye out. The internet is a wonderful tool, but NOT when its used for what amounts to YOU b!tching about something the dealership has NO CONTROL OVER!!! Odds are this is in your states DMV and hasn't been processed. Please in the future, keep your b!tching to FB. YOU haven't been ripped off nor have you suffered ANY loss. SO YOUR POST basically boils down to a pack of lies as you have NO PROOF the dealership hasn't done their job. All YOU are doing is making assumptions with NO PROOF. When you do that you do so at your own risk. And that WILL cost you at some point. Its neither a good habit nor a polite one to get into.
