Humberto Hernandez who currently works out of West Chicago is a crooked contractor and an alcoholic.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!!!! and Never give him any money, he will dissappear. I was unforturnately ripped off by him. He gave an estimate on a job and did some work. Took another check and dissapeared. I also know several others whom he has ripped off. THis guy belongs in jail.
Do not do businesss with him. Period. He will rip you off.
