Hunter Development Corp. dba Summer Hill defective Manufactured Home Dealer ripoff West Virginia
Summer Hill of Martinsburg, West Va. sold doublewide. All repairs have been 'band aid'. Flooring braced two and three times, still sinking and now pulling kitchen cabinets down, many items written up at final walk through have gone undone. House had defect from factory, dealer nor manufacturer ( Skyline ) told me of this. Warranty registration, I was told was mailed in by 'DEALER', but 18 months later I find that that was not true. Driveway is crumbling, shrubs have died, walk way was never even, and much more. Buyer Beware is my moto when getting around Manufactured Housing and the dealers..
