I want to bring to light the practices of Huntington Bank and Stonebriar Chevrolet in Frisco, TX. Purchasing a vehicle shouldn't come with all the mis-representations.

First, when I was in the middle of getting financed at Stonebriar Chevrolet by Bernard Brooks. I knew my credit was shot and had been turned down at other dealerships. He said no worries, he knew a guy at Huntington Bank that owed him a favor. Well, I guess he does because he got a rate. Below is further explanation on the Bernard Brooks and Stonebriar Chevrolet's tactics.

As you can see we received no resolution. So, I have contacted Huntington Bank's fraud department - Jackie Yochus. I had her send me the original credit application, and come to find out it is false. My stated employer, income and length of employment are all false. My phone number wasn't even correct.

So, I let Jackie Yochus know this, but she said that there is nothing they will do. I would have thought that Huntington Bank's new CEO, Stephen Steinour, would be making changes for the better. However, I see that Huntington Bank and Jackie Yochus are still allowing fraudulent loans to exist.

I don't think that Huntington Bank ever verified the information submitted by Bernard Brooks at Stonebriar Chevy. Otherwise, I would not have received a loan. Jackie Yochus, Huntington Bank's fraud investigator, obviously does not know the definition of fraud. Their CEO, Stephen Steinour, should understand this. Jackie Yochus is hurting consumers, and I would think that their CEO wouldn't want this harm to continue. Jackie Yochus doesn't even know what fraud is - false information = fraud.

Not only do I have a fraudulent loan, but to add pain to everything my new car has been in for major repairs more than 9 times.

In that "other" report, you stated the salesman said GAP insurance was required in order to finance your husband's car.  Then you said YOU, with your own eyes, saw the statement on the contract that GAP insurance WAS NOT REQUIRED for credit approval.  Since at that exact point YOU had iron-clad, very obvious evidence the salesman was a liar...WHY DID YOU GO ALONG WITH THE PURCHASE, thus rewarding them for lying to you???

Jackie Yochus Knows me very well.  If you Google Earth name you'll see what I'm talking about.  I personally encourage all car buyers to contact their lenders and ask for Copies of all the documentation that the bank has on file regarding your auto loan.

Very soon something is coming to the airways that car dealerships will hate and car buyers will love trust me.  When you go to a dealership and a finance manager presents to you a contract to sign with all the numbers that you have agreed to refuse to sign the contract if it does not reveal the name of the lender on the contract in print.

Never be too quick to trust a finance manager that you like. If they say that they're giving you an extended warranty at no cost I would not believe it.  Go Google  ( payment Packing in the auto industry )

Go to Google and do a search on ( predatory lending tactics by auto dealers ). I tell people all the time never buy a car from a dealership sales representative that you like and if you like the finance manager you might be in trouble.

When you do business with somebody you like you're putting yourself in when I call ( the safe comfort zone ) If the dealerships finance manager or the sales rep knows that you bought cars from them before nine times out of 10 no matter what numbers they throw at you you were unlikely willing to get up and leave.

If they know that you like them, they can go into the computer and see how much money they made off of the last deal when you bought a car from them in the past, the next deal they can decide to make more money off of you knowing you're not going anywhere.

When you go to the car dealership to buy a car it has nothing to do with friendship it has nothing to do with that one fuzzy feeling of the people around you. it Is only about the deal, Good or is it bad.

Jackie Yochus I personally feel you suck and you only care about deals. To this day I feel that you do not know how to spot fraud in the auto industry, or you Just do not care.  Go Google your name Jackie Yochus. LOL.  Look with pops up on the first page of Google.

Refuse to do fraudulent auto loans and show the consumer that you will not tolerate it I'm sure the investors of Huntington national Bank would approve of Tactics that prevent fraudulent auto loans from going on the books.
