I made an appointment to have my dogs teeth cleaned. I took her in at 8 am. They said not to give her any food or water after 8 pm the evening before. She was going to be put under. Sue said that I could pick her up around 4 pm. I called at 3:30 pm and I was told that they did not start procedure yet. The poor dog sat in a cage from 8 am till 3:30 pm with no food or water..
When I went to pick her up at 5:30 (they close at 6 pm). They told me that they would keep her overnight. I asked to speak to a Veterinarian. I could not get past the front office woman Her name is Sue, she answers the telephone. She is small in stature but big in ATTITUDE. Take your pets there at your own risk.
