Hyperformance Parts *BUYERS BEWARE* COMPLETE RIPOFF Austin Texas
In January 2008 I purchased a $1500 full titanium exhuast system for my Ninja for www.hyperformanceparts.com and expected my item to show up within a week or so. 3 weeks later the site had vanished from the internet and I had no way of finding out where my exhaust (or my money) was. Finally, almost 3 months later, the site appeared again with just a few products. I waited until they put up a phone number and email address. After some searching around, I found several other rip off reports on this company. I found out that the owner is Jonathan Mueller, and he runs this business from and apratment in Austin, TX. He has no real shop or employees and runs a fly by night company. He has since tried to also start the following fly by night websites:

Our company was down during the time that you claim you made your order. There is a person going around posting all sorts of things on forums that are not true and not accurate. If you did place your order, contact your CC company for a refund, we do not have the ability to do so at this point. However, our site was down until around March, so I don't know how it was possible to place an order on a site that was not running in January.
