Hyundai rip-off! Reported the horsepower all wrong on certain vehicles. Lancaster Pennsylvania
My Ripoff report is about the how hyundai reported the horsepower all wrong on certain vehicles. I got a letter stating they were gonna conmpensate people by sending them debit cards and credit cards for shopping in their stores. well i sent all documents on time and all at the same time. for 3 vehicles. two were for debit cars one for 150.00 dollars the other for 250.00 dollars and one for 50.00 credit in their stores.
When i finally decided to check on the status come to find out out they only recieved info on two cars????? and the one they didn't recieve was the (that's right) the 250.00 dollars one. i recieved the 150.00 and still have not recieved the 50.00 credit one and per hyundai the other they can't do ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I think this was a ripoff and in POOr taste I have bought 4 vehicles int he last couple of years and was very offended by this. but oh well i guess that's how it goes!
