I went on a 100% free to play lottery site called I lotto play a couple games. I made an account which every website has you do, but never one time did the site say anything about having to pay for anything. Today i got an e mail for a reciept for my i lotto payment. I went into my account to find out this company took money from my acaccount without any concent or authorization. I never even gave my card number which means they took that to. This web site is a total fraud that takes money from peoples account without permission. Its not a free drawing!!
