Securitynet.net run by IACSP, Antiterrorism.org, Potomac Valley Press rip-offs! They stole $190 from me. Arlington Virginia
I'd like to report a security product store called "securitynet.net" run by the IACSP (International Association of Counterterrorism and Securiity Professionals). Has anyone else had problems with them?
I did. Never got merchandise. Never got an email receipt. I had my VISA charged, and after a full week of no reply to email, voicemail and faxes, I worried this might be FRAUD, and told them so. Only THEN did I get an angry email saying "we don't want your business" from the VP of Ops (Steven J. Fustero) no less.
Problem is, they ALREADY got my business and never gave me my money back ($190), or any indication they intended to. It's scary to think THESE are the guys representing police, military, and citizen groups about homeland security and the rule of law??? They have several other web sites by those names.
To add insult to injury, the VP (Steven J. Fustero,
[email protected]) threatened to report ME to the FBI. I suspect that may be intimidation, but I'd hate to have my name added to any airline blacklist because some twisted individual was offended that I called them frauds. That is CRIMINAL.
Please post if anyone else has had similar experiences.

This situation was amended in 30 days. The person complaining did get a confirmation of his order, but didn't look at the email reply he received. Apparently, he thought he had ordered from another of his email addresses and was looking there for a confirmation rather than the originating email. All is fine at this time. First of all, Mr. Smith was immediately notified by email of his purchase. He emailed me after complaining about not getting a confirmation notice from us that, surprise, "Yes" he did get a response, and that when he placed the order he thought he was using a different email address than the one we responded to. His bad. Also, he was refunded within 14 working days. Basically, we don't sell security products outside of the United States. He was buying a product for a guy in Canada. That's our rule. I think Mr. Smith owes us an apology and he should admit that he did receive notification of his purchase and a quick refund. It looks like Potomac Valley Press does not own IACSP.com, but only publishes some of their material on counterterrorism.
