Cassese Holdings Inc. agreed to a refund on 3/15/04 for the amount not yet received. He even provided a fedex tracking number for the check. Needless to say, the check never came. The next day, Mr. Resnick of IBR Enterprises, contacted me. He offered to split the loss with us. He said that they were not liable since they acted in a broker fashion. However, I wired the funds to Cassese Holdings Inc. bank account - not to some foreign company overseas. They arranged the delivery and shipper. The goods were not delivered in a timely manner and they were not as advertised. Yet they are not liable? Great scam artists - I order from a website - only 16% of the order arrives and 3 months later - goods are not as advertised - and I am offered a 50% refund? Sounds like a fraudulant scheme to me. Oh, and the only way that I am to receive the funds (50% of purchase) is AFTER I sign a notarized statement that I will not pursue legal action or any other action against Cassese Holdings Inc. and IBR Enterprises. In the meantime, Cassese Holdings has pulled his website. He has added one thing - a terms & conditions disclaimer. Hmmmm.....

Dan Cassese with Cassese Holdings Inc. is no longer involved in this dispute. They have taken care of the situation. However, IBR Enterprises (Ian Resnick) has failed to do anything further. Buyers beware of IBR Enterprises based out of Coral Springs, FLorida.
