ice box rv i was told that if i ordered a rv cooling unit that it would be made in 10 working that it ship in 2 to 3 days i paid 395.00 on a visa card and they very seldom answer the phone and will not call you morrilton I, Arkansas
i ordered a rv refergeration unit , and was told that it would take 10 working days to make and that it would take 2 to 3 days in shipping , i did not hear from them so i called i was told by one of the staff that his mother had passed away,but it would ship , when i called monday sept 17 2012 i was told it was ready to ship and i shouldyreveive by thursday sept 20
i paid them 395.00 on a visa credit card , the charge apeared the next day on august 25 2012 i have not gotten a shiping notice or a tracking number,i am sure they are scam artist, and i am out 395.00they showed on the charge on my credit card, that i paid through pay pal, how can we get our money back short of going to their place 0f buisness i live in another state,.
