I was contacted approximately 7-8 months ago by ICM Marketing Group with a strong and aggressive pitch of how they promised to sell my timeshare with no problem.  (Lies; all lies)



They stated that no other company could compare to their sales and aggressively made several calls; pretending to transfer me to different departments to win my business of selling my Westgate Palace timeshare.



The manager (supposedly) got on the phone and told me that $984 was the fee but I could pay $392 upfront and they would collect the rest upon sale. They said they had "MANY" people looking for the property.



After two days and receiving calls promising that this would result in a contract sale, I reluctantly provided my credit card number "AFTER" the manager stated that they have "NEVER" had a timeshare in their inventory beyond 7 months. (Liar....liar)



Well, needless to say- Its been approximately 8 months now and they have NEVER contacted me since they received my money!  I was promised a refund if it didn't sell in 6 months and I have NEVER received that either!  I've placed call after call; NO RESPONSE! 



This company has stolen my money and not made good on ANY of the promises that they made BEFORE collecting my money! 



Please stay clear of this scam!  They will NOT sell your timeshare/property and will only scam you out of your money.  They have NEVER returned my call or refunded my money!  I am going to BBB to file a complaint as well. 



ICM Marketing is a SCAM & RIP OFF!

Altough It did take a while to rent out my timeshare, I am competley satisfied with how hard everyone worked to rent my timeshare. I did recieve a renter just when I needed. Thank you ICMG!

I felt compelled to updating the information because I was livid about how I thought I was treated.  However, I needed to let "everyone" know I was WRONG and MISTAKEN about their business operations.

I received a call from their manager on last week who read this online and immediately called me to find out what happened.  After explaining the situation, he apologized to me and told me the employee that I had previously spoken to was let go and no longer an employee with his company because he prides his company on values and ethics.  Wow.... I was impressed.  Then he went on to apologize for any misunderstandings that we must have had; he had records showing they have tried to call me back to resolve my concerns but have been unsuccessful at getting a hold of me.  He showed me proof that they had been advertising and receiving inquiries on my property; but with the economy, there were honestly NO serious inquiries close to my price listed.

Although its been well over 6 months, he personally answered all of my concerns and resolved my issues in the MOST professional and efficient manner possible.  Although his policy is "not" to refund; he even offered to do what was necessary to show his genuine concern and care for my trouble and service.

I know now that this company is "NOT" a scam and I was completely wrong about my allegations.  The manager took the time to "personally" resolve my issues/concerns and I couldn't ask for anything more.  Although my property did not sell, I truly understand that every possible effort was made to do so "BUT" my pricing, the economy and timeline were all key factors in my particular situation.  I now understand that companies will not be able to "personally" call each and every client to update them on their status after they go to work on your behalf.  I understand that ICM Marketing has millions of contracts that they support. 

I really would like to enclose my deepest apologies to ICM Marketing Group and would recommend their services to anyone.  I say this because its not many companies that would have taken the time and effort to "PERSONALLY" resolve issues with their clients.  I admit that I was upset and livid because I felt I was getting the run around.  All along, the manager personally had been calling a number to contact me but I didn't get the message. 

I only pray that the staff, managers and clients of ICM Marketing Group accepts my deepest apologies for the negative post that I prematurely made without allowing them to contact me with the information that I needed.  

In conclusion I say that they have made good on the most important promise they made me, which was, "OUR CLIENTS ARE OUR FIRST PRIORITY"..... and I have found that to be true.
