A supervisor who has more power at ICON called me yesterday afternoon and asked me to call him back if I needed anything. He's probably the only reason the freaking reason they're still in business. Anyway, I haven't called them back and don't plan on it. I'm tired of watseing my time with them. My card wasn't charged so this matter is closed as far as I'm concerned. I probably will never buy anything from ICON again. If they really want to make me happy they should make some major changes in their customer service department so nobody else has to go through the experience I've had with them in the last week.
