ID THEFT.REFUND.COM they took $31.85 out of my checking unauthorized! Internet
They removed $31.85 from my checking unauthorized. When I called the toll free number that showed on my bank statement 888-207-3984 I was told to go to the refund internet site, and on this site place the cancellation number that the agent had given me on the phone. Of course, when you go to the web site provided to you by the company there was no way to enter the site and all you were directed to was to my surprise was the notification that ID theft.refund.com was a ripoff....To save myself more charges in the near future with my checking account I will be closing my account; this is a great inconvenience to me but, my bank had said it would be the best thing to do also to file a dispute of the charge. I will never use the internet to look on sites that come to my email again. I'm unemployed at this time and certainly cannot afford more money to be taken unauthorized out of my account. I hope that something is done to these people. They need to prosecute these people.
