When follows Just-A-Trim product link to the new site ( asseenontvnetwork.com/vcc/ideavillage/justatrim ), the site shows product at $14.99 with free gift. After entering a shipping address, the site will direct you to an order page, which shows the S&H cost for the product and the total price.

However, if you choose to close the browser after you are on the order page. The new window will pop up and show the new price of the product, which is $9.99 and still offer the same free gift. (PRICE DISCRIMINATION: sell the same product at different price)

When you click at the pop-up window, a new window will open and direct you to the site that look like the first one but offer the product at lower price. When you enter shipping address, the site will take you to a new order page that will show you the total price of the product including S&H cost. You will then need to enter credit card information, and then the page will take you to see other accessories to use with the product.

The last page will show you that even the free gift will occur separate S&H cost. The only option the site provides you is either "yes, I want the free gift" or "no, I don't want a free gift," but did not give you the choice to terminate the transaction. Once you say "No" to free gift if will confirm you order right away.

The site doesn't indicate anywhere that you will have to pay shipping separately for your free gift nor let you cancel your order, which shows its deceptive attention to trick consumers. (Lack of necessary information which is vital to customer decisions)

Moreover, after I contacted the customer service number to cancel my order right after I made the purchase online, they told me to call back the next 3 days for my order to be in their system. However, the next day they sent order confirmation via my e-mail. Then I call them again to cancel my order, but they told me that my order is already in the warehouse and can't cancel. They told me to return the product if I don't want it. (Lying in the first place)

Basically, if you don't open the package, you can return the product back to its original sender without having to pay any postage fees. However, the company ships the product to you without providing its address on the box. Therefore, you will have to open the package to get its return address and pay postage fees to ship the product back to them. Even worse is that they will not give you a full refund. They will only give you refund after they deduct S&H costs. (Deceptive attention, customers have to sacrifice themselves)

I believe that the company engages in several deceptive activities. These include price discrimination, undisclosed of necessary information that is vital to customer's decision, lack of options to cancel or return the order without having customers to sacrifice themselves, and worse of all is the customer service that lies to customers.
