We got scammed by Colin as well (I notice there is at least one other Rip off Report on ideliverit/ Colin Crawford). We placed an order with Colin for some websites of specific criteria in May 2007. We made the mistake of paying upfront for the websites. After several months of re-negotiating criteria of the website, we did not get any of our websites. Then Colin said he's in a bad situation, need time to pay us back etc. He paid back a few hundred dollars here and there but still got 96% of what we paid.
We've notified ASIC about this but their reply was there is limited things they can do to help.
The Australian police will not take statements unless we present ourselves in Australia (we are not based in Australia).
Now Colin is selling laptops on his website. Don't believe in the testimonials! He's lied to us just about EVERYTHING. If you decide to buy anything from his site, check and double check and don't pay upfront!

Danny and his partners Richard and Caroline have had many discussions with me in regards to the debt accumulated due to my company unable to deliver what was promised. I have set up a payment plan with my bank account and have been paying off this debt for months now. I pay an amount weekly out of my wages as my business is broke and not operating. Caroline can confirm this and I do ask Danny to cease this accusation post haste as it is completely incorrect. To Danny, Please rescind your accusation at once. Colin
