IDRIVE Online Backup Buyer Beware! This is a scam! Internet
IDrive is a ripoff!
I signed up for a service with an auto renew. Canceled right after the auto renew - I would have sooner but did not realize I was coming up on renewal.
I tried many times to get a refund (a week into the service, that I had not actively used)
Therefore I did not have any access to the data - they would NOT refund anything. Cost me $500. !
Don't use this company!
You can go to PC MAG.com to see many other reviews.. may have the same or similar issue. In my case I literally cannot access my "back up" data because I am canceled. BUT I am still paying for this.
This should be illegal.
PLEASE Do not use this company. Cloud, or Dropbox offer the same thing and are reputable!
