IDT Energy misrepresented their company and doubled their rates for the coldest month of year without notice pennsylvania
I received an electric bill of 688.00 for one month when my normal bill is around two hundred. I called Penelec and they said IDT DOUBLED their rates and didnt inform anyone! I have been trying to call the company but get put on hold for hours and then get cut off before I can speak to anyone. This company needs to be held accountable for ripping off poor people. I have switched back to Penelec but it wont take affect for 1 month. Scared to see that bill. I will put out on facebook what this company has done so hopefully no one else gets ripped off. Every one needs to boycott this company until they are no longer in business.
