Complaint Review: Ifreeclub.com - Toronto Ontario

This site claimed that all I would have to do was complete surveys on products that I use. This was false information as it is all web based links, which none of them where valid. I could not click on any link they provided, and a few of the sites I recognized from other scams. I filed a complaint with paypal and requested a fund. Neither paypal or the company wants to refund me the money I lost. Below is everything that took place between myself and this company.

The facts in this case are quite clear. We sell digital content, are very clear as to the information that we sell, and as we sell digital content we do NOT offer refunds. Now that the buyer has viewed, used, saved, and printed copies of the information that we sell the buyer is making FALSE claims in an attempt to use our service and content that we sell free of charge.

Company claims that surveys would be how to receive items. There are no surveys it is all links to other web sites which you must join, or have family and friends join. This was a complete false statement on their site, to lure people to pay money to join. It claims that there is no other fees, but in order to receive any merchandise they claim you can get for free by filling out surveys is completely false. The other sites do require a fee that was never mentioned.

As there is a false statement on your site as to how to receive the free merchandise. I am requesting a refund of the money I paid. You clearly state that in order to receive these items surveys will be filled out. There are no surveys only links to other web sites that require either money or forcing family and friends to join. I am not satisfied with your service and would like a full refund.
