The same thing happened to me. I returned the vaccuum 11/05 and I'm still trying to get my refund. I've called the corporate office in NY and put on hold for hours at a time. I even send the free steamer back. I called again today and was on hold for 2 hours. If you find a way of getting your money back please let me know. I filed a report with the FTC today, we'll see what happens with that. I've gotten $5.00 refunds quicker then this. Marianne NJ USA
