Igia ripoff New York New York
I made an automated telephone order for the new igia vacuum,on Oct.21,2005.I used my checking account for the transaction. I wanted the tv offer, buy one and get a second one plus the steamer for $117.00. I got my statement and it said $313.70 for igia.I have tried calling and e-mailing dozens of times.I have had two computer generated e-mails saying that someone would personally contact me within 24 hours.For over 6 weeks when I check on the order status it says it will be shipped in 5 to 7 business days.To date I have no refund or vacuum.I just found this site and have read other replies,I cannot believe Igia is getting away with this!They are still on the web and tv and still taking orders. Someone please help all of us.
