10/05 ordered 1 Lazer Storm vacuum and received 4. They were not what I expected so I calld to return them. The company sent me return labels and I had to pay to have them shipped back. I requested a signature. I never got my refund or shipping back. After almost 2 years of phone calls to numbers that very not in service any longer I contacted the BBB and they invesgated and sent me a letter saying the company said they were in the process of refunding my money, which they also sent to a collection agency. I still have all the names and paperwork today and no money. They are a rip off. They lied to the BBB. I emailed the BBB again and informed them that they had lied and I had not received my refund and never heard back from them either. I will never order from TV or internet again. That cost my company and lot of money
