Consequently, I contacted my credit card company, Citibank, to see if I could dispute the charge. Because Ikaput, did not send me any paperwork verifying not only that they would credit my account (which I had), but it must also include my credit card number on this required paperwork. Thus, Citibank could do nothing to help. Citibank also admitted that this was a "sneaky" company that knows how to take customers money.
