Ikesound.com sells fake car audio merchandise. They sell a very well respected brand of amplifiers, US Amps, which are highly expensive and are known for exceptional quality and construction. I purchased one a US Amps car amplifier from ikesound.com and the amplifier was made of plastic, one of the channels broke the same day I installed it, so did the RCA cable jacks, and various knobs and buttons. US Amps do not have plastic on them. I emailed ikesound.com and complained about the amplifier because it was still under their one week "warranty" which is total bullshit like the sight. They never refunded my money or even apologized. DO NOT BUY FROM IKESOUND.COM!!!!!!!

First of all, I am unable to find any return information based on your pseudonym. Therefore I can only reply to your complaint in general terms. We are Internet distributors of US amps. You're welcome to call them 626-820 0287 and ask them directly. As a distributor, we do buy "REAL"Amps and resell "real " amps on the net. We also sell all major brands, both on our website and on ebay. You're welcome to look at our feedback on ebay which is currently 99.2% positive and have been selling there since 1999 with a total # of feedback at about 58450 individual sales, not counting repeat buyers. Our user name is scala1. You also write that we have a one week warranty. That is not correct. Our warranty is listed on our website, which basically gives a customer 14 days from receipt of the item to have the item professionally installed, something you did not do, as you installed it yourself. If the item is found to be defective you can return it for an exchange or for a refund less the shipping and handling. After 14 days you are required to send a return fee of $ 39.00 and we can only repair or exchange or give you a store credit, less the s&h. You are not obliged to buy from us, but before you can place an order on the website you are asked to review and accept the terms. If you do not accept, the order is not placed. If you do accept, it is implied that you have read and agreed to the terms. thank you, Ikesound staff
