I placed an order and paid $218 on iKitchen.com on 1/20/2009 and cancelled it on the same day. I wrote to iKitchen to make sure they will refund me accordingly. A person named Tiffany Habert from its Customer Support Team (
[email protected]) replied and said that I'll get my refund next month. When I got my Feb. statement, I didn't see any refund. So I wrote to them again and this time a person named Michele Adams (
[email protected]), the Customer Service Manager, replied and said they need time to check my bill and if they found they didn't refund me, they will do it immediately. After a few days, I tried to contact them to know the progress, but they didn't reply anymore. I think this is a fraud. I will file a report with IC3 as well as the New York Attorney Generals office and the local NYPD and I WILL PROSECUTE!!!
