ILD Telecommunications Inc. Unauthorized Billing Ponte Vedra Beach Florida
I have been receiving unauthorized billings from ILD since sept. 07. Many attempts at resolving this matter have failed, and I was told that it would take 3 months to resolve this matter that is now 9 months old.
ILD was billing my Embarq account on behalf of Intergrated Area Services, a company I have never been able to contact even after approximately 24 calls to their number, all circuits are always busy.
These bills were applied to my Embarq phone account, and I was told by Embarq that by law they have to allow third party billings by registered businesses. I was referred back to ILD, and I was told that I needed to talk to Integrated Area Services, that they could not help me because it was a separate business, and I should contact them. This has been impossible.
These services were never authorized by me, they just appeared on my bill.
An attempt to further contact ILD by E-mail also came back as not deliverable.
