I actually had charges from this company as well as another similar company showing up on my phone bill for months... I'd cancel and then they would reappear. You can contact AT&T and get a third party billing block to prevent it from ever happening again in the future. Apparently, I became a victim when someone called claiming to be from the phone company and spoke with one of my employees, whom they claimed to have a recording of authorizing the service. Luckily, after many letters and phone calls and requests to hear this alleged recording, they agreed to credit everything back to my bill. I didn't have such luck with the other company... One of their charges remained un-refunded for a year and eventually AT&T agreed to refund it. But they told me that they hadn't heard of many people getting their money back from these companies... So I guess you just have to be persistent.
