I spoke to Nationwide and was told that my son entered his date of birth. When he entered his date of birth that was an electronic signature. My son was on getmusicfree.com but they said he must of asked for information about other companies and Nationwide is one of them. I said we have an answering machine but Nationwide is a toll-free voice mail service that provides customers with a toll-free 800 number, a personal voice mailbox, and the capability to receive and store an unlimited numbr of incoming voice messages for a flat monthly fee of $13.22. You may cancel the service at any time without incurring additonal charges, the one-time set up fee of $15.74 plus tax is non-refundable and will appear on your local telephone bill. Nationwide e-mailed me a copy of the so called contract. If I don't remit the $16.21 with Verizon bill, the charges will be sent to Collection Department. I said my son is only 18 years old and it does not make a difference. Even if someone else used his e-mail address we are responsible. The lesson to learn is to never go on any websites for anything free because it is not free!!!
