Illinois National Insurance/ Ky Home And Casualty Billing me for insurance I called and cancelled & sent to collection agency Bowling Green KY Kentucky
I met Barry Rhoton in the parking lot where his business and another business was in which I was patronizing. He let me know that his company could save me money on my insurance. So I told him that I would come in a couple of days and let him give me a quote...Well I did and the quote that they give me was a little bit better that what I had. So I agreed to change my insurance. I called and cancelled my other insurance.
When I got the policy, the premiums were higher tan I was paying. Well I decided to stay with them anyway because I didn't want to change again. They kept telling me that my premiums would go down, well guess what, they never did. Well I had nothing but trouble with the agent, as far as telling the truth..I never could get the answers and the truth from these people.
Then I received a bill from a collection agency called Credit Collection Services, Two Wells Avenue, Newton MA. It says regarding Illinois National Insurance. Billing me for the amount of $169.43..So I called them, wrote them a letter stating that I called the agent (Ky Home and Casualty ) and cancelled my insurance quite a long time before the date that they have. They say my cancellation date is 12/26/2007. I told them that I called and cancelled around the first of November, 2007. I couldn't helped if the agent failed to do his job.
The insurance agent that I went to automatically told me who the agent was even before I told him.. He stated that he had gotten several other customers from this agency because they had also lied to them too..
This agent and company are a rip-off. I think the reason why the agent didn't report it was so he could get more money from us..
