Image Sun Tanning Overcharged my creditcard and tried to not give me a refund Macomb Twp/Clinton Twp Michigan
I had joined the Image Sun tanning club. This is where they bill your credit card (19.95) per month and you get unlimited tanning. After 3 monthes, I decided to cancel my membership.
Image sun disregarded my cancellation paperwork and continued to bill my credit card for 3 monthes. I called each month to try to get a refund and I was told that "it was in the works".
When I tried to reach the manager of the 21 and garfield branch, I was told that she had the day off (4 days in a row) then I was told that she was on vacation, then I was told that she was in the hospital. The employees finally said that she doesn't take customer calls and they don't know when she is going to be in. NICE MANAGER~!
After nearly 3 weeks. I finally reached her. It took another 2 weeks to get a refund on my credit card.
Beware of this tanning chain, Each branch is franchised out and some of the owners just don't care. I will never go back there again.
