I (and others) believe there is compelling, long-term, easily demonstrated evidence that both insider and insider related individuals have been manipulating news, corporate actions, awards, options & trading to their personal advantage with IMAX. This includes but is no doubt not limited to falsification of corporate status and news releases, falsified and/or misleading financial reports, abuse of options, fiduciary negligence, failure to maintain an effective or legal Board, misuse of legal actions, manipulation of corporate goals. Essentially that the corporation has been used as a personal piggybank with no consideration (and in fact fraud and abuse) for the honest investors and employees of the Corporation. (See multiple previous SEC/TSE complaints)
