IMC Financial Services. LLC Rip Off $1,000.00 to keep my house out of foreclosure, I had to file bankrupcy Clearwater, Florida
After going on line to find out about foreclosure, IMC Financial contacted my home phone to tell me how they can keep my house out of foreclosure.The cost will be a $1,000.00. Explained to them this had better work Ido not have money to give away, I'm about to lose my home. They gareented me they can stop the foreclosure. On 9/25/2008 payment of $500.00, 10/30/2008 a payment of $500.00 was made. Then I was assigned to "Adam" as my contact person. Adam stated he will be contacting me as soon as he hears something. Two weeks later I called Adam for an update. Adam stated again that he will contact me if and when he hears something form my mortgage company and not to call him.
Two weeks later I was unable to contact Adam, left several messages. Finally I was contacted by Veronica and stated Adam was no longer with the company and she will give me another contact peron. Then on Thanksgivingday several people stopped by my house and were taking pictures. My son asked why they were taking pictures, he was told the house is to be auctioned off on December 1, 2008. I tried contacting IMC Financial without success. Contacted a bankrupcy lawyer and filed banruptcy.
