I will have to talk with my attorney to see what other steps to take, but I am pretty sure that I will sue the company. I feel that I should compensated for my time, credit, and any other items related to this company. Storesonline is also suing Stocklemon for $15 million because they posted some bad stuff about CEO Donald Danks.

Shemonika: Please refer to my post dated 12/31/04. It contains techniques on how to write a proper and effective dispute letter to challenge entries you consider to be wrong or improper on your credit report. Your attorney may be willing to help you with this. On a side note, I agree with Pam about how useless the BBB tends to be, that's why this warning carries so much weight. You have to really screw up for the BBB to issue a consumer warning against you. Especially if you're a dues paying member. Keep us posted Shemonika.

Since Storesonline sells past due accounts to Duvera, how do you get this negative account from your report? I was trying to consolidate some bills, and I was not able to because Duvera has placed a collections on my report. I may need to write a letter to the credit bureaus plus proof of Storesonline's troubles. If anyone has gooten this account of their credit report, please let me know? Again, I wanted to consolidate all of my bills. Also, since Duvera is an accessory to Storesonline's crimes, they should be punished for ruining people's credit.

This company is the same company as the Galaxy Mall-Storesonline. They have just changed the names. The address & phone number are the same. When the company is reported as a rip-off scam they apparently change their name so they can scam more innocent people so they can keep the big bucks rolling in. If you go to any of the seminars, let everyone know about the scams that are done to poeple. Everyone is right about the BBB. I learned a long time ago that the BBB is not there to help the consumer get any refunds etc. They are just there to take comments from consumers etc. They do nothing else.
