Cybersonic: returns and billing frauds
I bought a Cybersonic toothbrush Jan 2001 as a gift to one of my children. It broke withing two days. Several months of phone calls and E-Mails followed, but the company has made no attempts to replace it.
I myself had bought a Cybersonic toothbrush earlier. In 2001 I was billed three time for brush replacements, none of which arrived in the mail.
I am still unable to contact this company - they do not answer their phones. They do not reply to E-Mails.
