Communication is the simply the act of transferring information from one place to another. About Nov. - Dec. 2013 I was in need of dental services so I went to the facity ImmediaDent Urgent Dental Care on 7015 US Highway 31 South, Suite D Indianapolis, IN 46227. I was in need of fillings & crown. The reason for me visiting this type of dental office was because it fit my schedule. Most dentist are only available during business hours. The charges were so expensive but when you are in so much pain from a tooth that it affects your brain you will do what you can to try to get some relief! My next visit would be for a filling then cleaning for the month of Feb. 2014 & Sept. 2014. When I went to my schedule appt.

for March 2015 for a cleaning that my insurance provides 2 free cleanings a year & I was told I owed an amount of over $300 from the month Feb2014. Well, this March 2015 why am I just now being told about this $300 that I owe that I never received a bill for. Never received a call. I waiting an hour after I worked an 9 hour work day to be told I can not be seen due to this bill. really? Who does that? I'll tell you who does this...THIS COMPANY does. I notice they are rude to their customers, demand money for services, & the biggest non communicators I have ever dealt with. My appt was at 6pm I arrived at 5:30pm I told her I was early. The rep. lady informed me they were a little behind & that I would be seen soon & that their was 1 person a head of me. The guy who was awaiting to be next asked when he would be sent back considering he already been there awaiting for a cleaning for 45 min.

The lady who worked their went to the back asked how long came back up front & stated she was almost done with the client she was working on. Well 10 min. went by then the lady comes to get the guy to get his cleaning & she states his last name in a rude way & states ROOM 7 in the most unproffessional rude voice I have heard in that line of buisness! Then the lady that works the repetion area states Tina can I see you back here. So I proceed to go back then thats when she tells me about the bill from 2014. At this time I have lost patience I've been in the waiting room after working a 9 hour shift to get a simple cleaning done that I was informed would not be able to get untill the $300 was paid. She stated to me would you like to reschedule your appt? I then proceeded to state my case...WHY am I going to pay for something I never received a bill for nor any communication or details...

no do not reschedule my appt because I do not want to be seen by someone who is rude & inconsiderate & can not realy simpy information as to when a person owes a bill instead they wait for to have an appt. to get more money out of you, make you wait in the waiting room, then tell you about this bill you have no idea about! I was treated like s***! I will not be returning to this dental office. I will make sure I research my next dentist. I was told to call for billing department to get information on why the bill was given because they had no idea. So, I called the billing department who informed me that I will be contacted in a few days. So, now I am awaiting for the billing department to get back to me in this manner. When I first went their I paid in cash but then I used my care credit to charge my filling & crown. My bill was paid in full so who knows why I am getting this $300 extra charge! Just sounds shady to me!
