The company IMPACT CASH LOANS is a fraudulent company preying on people who are in need of money bad. The company contacted me after I filled out an online search for a loan and they were a lender I guess the search found. I was contacted by Ronnie Jack (Agent) that told me they are a legit company that would loan me 1000 to 10000 dollars. I agreed because I'm in a desperate situation. After going through setting up my information, Ronnie Jack says in order to secure your loan we will need $210. I immediately thought SCAM but the convincing agent eased my skeptism by saying he was only holding the 210 and would give me back 1210 to give back what I paid. I agreed as long as I would get my money back. I paid the 210 via Money Gram and he was telling not to say anything in front of the Money Gram people about them. Then after it goes through, he puts a manager on the line, Skyler Jones. He says thank you for your securing the loan and says now we need to activate your tracking number to receive the money. I'm furious at this time and late for work. He says this is it and we'll send you 1620 right back through Western Union and your loan payments will start. I explain to him that this is my check money and I came to them for a loan and not to be SCAM. He assured me that if the loan didn't go through they would cancel the loan and give me my money back.
After getting the money, I went to western union per his instructions. I sent 410, which makes my total of $620 dollars I gave this company. When they received the payment, He kept hanging up on me and not answering my calls. After calling 10 times, He finally picked up and said, Sir, the IRS is requiring you pay $375 dollars more in order to get the loan and thats the final step. I was furious and asked to have my $620 dollars returned. The agent hung up the phone and never answered my calls. When I called from another phone, someone picked up and asked my name. When I told them my name that representative hung up on me. I finally called 25 times and got through to another manager John Smith. He says hold on and then hung up on me as well. IMPACT CASH LOANS has ruined my life. I really needed my check to pay my bills. I needed the $1000 to pay my bills. This is a very unprofessional and scamming company. They keep asking for more and more money not intending to pay you any loan money or your original money back. I don't know what to do but get a lawyer.
