Was called one day about a credit card that would help me boost my credit ratings. Sounded good. Agreed to the payment of $279.00, out of my checking account, on the 3rd of December.

Told them I was moving, and by the time the info packet got to me, I would be at my new place, gave them the new address and zip code.

After a month, called them back, with number from my bank statement. They told me that they didn't have the right address. Gave it to them again.

Also, asked about why they took out the money ahead of time, they accessed my bank account on the 23rd of November, not the 3rd of December. Didn't have a reason, stated employees that were eager to help me reestablish my credit.

They said, after getting the address again, that it would be out in another month. Asked, why, and they said standard procedure, had to do it all again.

After a month, called again. Where was the packet. We went over the address again. This time, they had the wrong zip code. Explained to them that the zip code never changed. From the time they called me to the time I moved, had the same zip code. Said it will be out by Friday.

The following Monday, called to find out why it was not here. They wanted to know if I wanted to talk to a supervisor, I said yes, and they said that he/she will call me, stay by the phone. No call.

Called again on Tuesday, they said that there was a mix up and it will be out to me in four days. No such luck.

Called again today, Tuesday, Feburary 19, 2004, said they were sorry, and they will send the packet it out on Friday, stating this time, that it was an application I had to fill out to see if I was suitable for a credit card.

I asked to talk to a supervisor, and they told me that they didn't have time to listen to me and hear my questions. When I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney, they sounded condensending, and didn't care what I did.

Called the BBB and got the number for MN, but realized that it was probably not based in MN and had to do some reasearch, which lead me to you.
