Imperial Financial Settlement LLC Sent me a "Confirmation" letter advising me that I was a 2nd place winner in the USA Department Stores Sweepstake Lottery. Enclosed was a check for $4910. to pay "Documentation", "Processing" fees Toronto, Ontario Canada
On June 13, 2010, I received a notification in the mail from "Imperial Financial Settlement LLC", that I was a 2nd place winner in the "USA Department Stores Sweepstake Lottery". Inclose was also a check in the amount of $4910.00, drawn on the "Manufacturers & Traders Trust Commercial Banking", Newburgh, NY.
I investigated "Imperial Financial Settlement LLC" and found them to be a fictitious company, with several reports of fraudulent practices. I will be contacting my local office of the FBI with any and all information at my disposal.
