I called customer care to get an audior receipt at 1-800-203-9783 and talked with a lady to get my "audio receipt" that supposively says that I HAVE to pay for the second ticket or i will be snet to collections. The lady said that they dont have the audio reciepts from 2009 (i bought the package in Feb 09. I asked if they had the terms and conditions, and she said that its in my package letter and on the website. I told her that it doesnt say that I have to pay for a second ticket, she agreed. She asked what happened and i told her how these guys called and demanded the money or I will be sent to collections. She said that was simply not true, and no where does it say in the terms and conditions that I have to buy the second ticket. So i asked her if that meant they were lying to me, and she said they were. She said that the only thing I have to pay is the port tax whenever i want to use the cruise, but if I dont use the cruise i do not need to pay the port tax.
I called my credit card company and had them change my card number and reissue me a new one because they had this credit card number on file. I also called my credit card company and asked for the "audio receipt" and they said they never had it. They never take those audio receipts and reffered me back to imperial majesty for the copy of it.
So basically, i was being bullied for money i did not have to pay. Unfortunately, i did not recieve a refund for the original amount i paid which was $395.
