Imperial Motor Company Charged for repairs that were not made! Damaged Vehicle further,stole items from Vehicle Plainfield/Addison, Illinois
Thanks to this horrible sham of a "service",I now get to pay another 2500 dollars to a legitimate repair center on top of the thousands this scam outfit got from me! I brought my vehicle in for a minor repair/maintenance and after a week of what I'm assuming was some kind of party ride-from the state my car was returned in-I now have actual damage to repair as well as the work that was never apparently attempted.Upon a complaint to the very shady "owner",I was treated belligerently,called a liar,with very foul terms and hung up on! Wow! Never go there for service,you are so better off with anyone else!

Imperial Motor Company is 100% legitimate company with absolutely no unresolved complaints. This complaint and the one filed on scam informer and yelp were all posted within an hour of each other. We hired a private investigator to find out who was trying to extort us. A simple look at the posters name "Isabella Platinum" should give some validity to the fact that this review is not legitimate. Through our investigation we have discovered that this posting was made by the wife of our competitor, Jessica Colangelo. An obvious attempt to thwart our thriving business. Any inquiries related to this matter may be forwarded to the Cook Co. States' Attorneys office.
