IMS, IMS Incorporated, Karen Waring Did not pay for website hosting services for over 1 year. Ripoff Reading Pennsylvania
Karen Waring (Owner of IMS Incorporated) a merchant services company, located in Reading, PA hired me to design/host her website, what used to be www.IMSReading.com. I designed and hosted, and she paid. Seemed like a decent woman. Was much overdue on her hosting fees, didnt pay for over 1 year, after several attempt to contact she did pay almost full balance. Again, over 1 year has past and NO payment after over 30 emails, letters, etc. She promised to pay but never did. Enough is enough! I shut down the website and will NEVER to business with Karen Waring again, and I would not recommend that you do either! She still owes me over $400.00.

First of all while building my website, he crashed my computer, charged me an insane amount of money to fix his mistake. About 3 months later my computer once again died, but he had moved to Maine. I sent my modem UPS (at my Expense) to Maine as he had promised to fix it. I paid thousands of dollars to him, way more than hosting an $8.00 web-site. And if I didn't pay for over a year, any sane person would have shut the site down. Get a new job, your not cut out for compters.. I do not owe you a dime.
