Hi!!
It just happened to me today. And I wasn't really suspicious because I was in California 2 weeks ago and I remember that on the receipt from a bakery there it was written something about a drawing with prizes of $25,000.0.
I called :( But in the moment the lady on the phone said something about magazines... I tald her that I do not want to participate in anything, I decline any subscription of any magazines etc. She said OK and gave me a web page (mybicsorhome.com) to go and cancel.... although I decline talking to her on the phone.
Still, I went online to find the web page and make sure that I'm not involved in anything with them. I didn't find the web page so I typped 18004493596... and I found you guys. I read, I was scared. I called again the number and I said I want to make sure that any info associated to my PIN is erased and I'm out of everything.
The lady said she sent a letter to the customer-service saying I declined. But she had no info associated to my PIn when I called seconly, saying they do not run their bussines on he computer and she doesn't have a data-base in front of her.
Hope everything will be ok. The info she got from me during the long talk was my first name and my phone number. It's the first time something like that has happened to me . The lady said during the second call that if I declined any offer during the first call, then I'm ok. And I think I was very clear during the first call.
