Imzz Industries Complete Rip Off!!! La Habra, California
I am writting this report because I want to warn potential customers about the business practices at Imzz Industries. BEWARE!!! Jim Imzz is a bold faced liar!! He will promise you the world and not deliver and then over charge you...no matter what. I build custom hot rods as a hobby for up scale car shows and also have 37 years of off roading experience.
My cars have won every major show in California..which include the Pomona Grand Nationals, Sacramento Autorama, Blackies Invitation only, San Francisco Rod and Custom Show, Pleasenton, Del Mar Nationals, Cruise for the Cure just to name a few. I know just about everyone in the industry and have never come across a company that has such a bad reputation. It seems no one has ever had a good experience with Imzz Industries, but the stories are always the same.
You will not get what you pay for, the job will not be done on time, you will be overcharged, you will be lied to, told every excuse possible and your car will be held hostage until you pay....and when you get your car back, you will not be happy with the work. Overall, it will be a big mistake. I spoke with one of his " x " employees and told me about the daily customer complaints and altercations that happened at the shop.
He said customers just want to take their cars away from the shop, but they can not get them out...even if they offer to pay. He also told me at one point Jim actually pulled a gun on a customer that got fed up with the situation and simply wanted his car back. It's hard to believe this company is still in business. Run for your life!!! Do not give this man your car. He is a crook!!! Hey, but don't just take my word. Please spend a few minutes on the internet searching for more reviews like this one. They are everywhere!!
