This is the paper trail that I have have sine attending the ISI class in October 2005.

This is many letters sent back and forth with ISI.

I had asked many time about the DVD by Shurm on how to present the Preforeclosure program to the customers in trouble and this is the answers.

I am not sure if you can reproduce the DVD or not. I will try to find out for you. It should be for sale on the web site soon.

I am still waiting for your follow up, what happened? No word for over a month now.

Now I am beginning to see why the BBB is saying what they are saying about you.

You may want to look at what they think of ISI. It is not at all good.

I sent a message on Monday asking about this DVD email, thus far I haven't received a response but please know that I am following up on it again today.

The only one who would answer my e mail was Tyrell, the class teacher on Real Estate foreclosures (the son-in-law of Sid, I think)

I wonder if you ever got any of my e mail sent there? None of them came back to me. It still up in the air as to who does most all of the work. John in class also indicated the realtor would contact the owner, meet with the bank, barter the loan down so there would be $30.000.00 in the deal which I would pay 6% to the realtor for his trouble. Jeff at the class also said the same think. But we never got any of this type of information from you. You were very good in telling us how to do all of this on our own. And you told us to use the realtor to close the deal and make sure everything went like it was suppose to go.

Just for your information, I went to Wells Fargo Bank and they new nothing about partnering with I. S. I. so did I miss something.

By the way, how and when can I get the DVD as I have many address just waiting to be the first one to get the information on how I can help them out. I got 7 pages this morning at the court house. There were 22 in the same city that I live in and I wanted to deliver them in person like you spoke of during the advanced classes.

Now they turn me over to the Real Estate Pro who was to show me the houses of people in trouble, not once in six months did he find me a preforeclosed house so I fired him.

Dan will help you out on any of the deals that you want to do. You just have to find one and do it. It really is that easy. I know the first one always seems a little scary but follow the steps we taught you and you will do fine. Dan will submit your offers to the banks etc. All you have to do is decide which one you want to do. As far as Wells Fargo is concerned I apologize if I did not make it clear. Wells Fargo is who Ron Karren at financial1educators.com uses for the rapid pay off system. Essentially if you remember from class this is cutting into their profits. Wells Fargo will never admit that program exists. You can only get it though ISI and our connection with Ron Karren. That is for the Rapid Pay off system only.

Wells Fargo is also one bank that is more lenient on the lending practices so if you find a house with a large amount of equity we always recommend talking to a wells Fargo rep. As it will be the easiest to get the deal done.

We have shot the DVD and are just trying to finish it up the final cut. We are hoping to have it out by christmas but more likely the New Year. Keep watching on the web-site. As soon as it is finished we will post it there.

Why do I have to have fellow class mates forwarded the above information to me ?

Please find out why I seem to have been black listed from ISI. Linda is not answering me, Sid is no answering me, Sherm is not answering me.

It sure looks funny.

I asked for the information about the web cast two weeks ago through the web page and no one responded.

ISI must have moved. I went by to see Sid and they are not longer at the office location. You have not answered so many of my e mails.

They still have not sent the DVD of preforeclosures and also have stopped sending me the NOD lists.

Was that whole thing really a scam?

This ISI responc to me not getting answer by e mail.

I have sent 38 e mails to the black hole link for Real Estate Questions and no one has responded to any of them. That is why I have had to file a complaint with the BBB in your town. We have just recently been made aware of an email problem on our website. Please cease sending emails through the site and send them directly to this address until further notice. We have received notice of your complaint filed with the BBB and have responded promptly. We apologize for the error.

I want to know why they charged my credit card on the 10th and not waiting until the 15th as agreed on my contract? While I am unaware personally of the date you were charged, those charges are typically run by the team who worked the event. Can you tell me who you were working with? Perhaps this will help me to look into it.

The contract said I had three days after paying for your services to cancel the contract and after sending the Certified Mail to Leslie Mertin, who ever that is, the request was denied even after stating the received the letter on the 17th, well before the three day dead line. Our records indicate you purchased your package on November 10th, as per your signed contract. Specifying a delayed payment does not change the date of payment. It only means we are willing to work with you on paying. Thus, your certified letter was not received within the 3 day time frame.

Your the only one who said some e mail to that link were not working and some follow class mates also said they had the same problem.

Leslie told me the dispute of the payment to Income Strategies Institute at this time would be nothing short of dishonesty & theft and would be pursued accordingly.

Your attendance at all three days of the real estate course was logged and initialed. Once services are rendered this is the fact which was mentioned to be "nothing short of dishonesty" to dispute for a refund.

I really believe that the statement should work both ways as I notified you of my request well within the three days of making the payment as stated in the contract.

This was all started from the many no replies nor contact for almost six weeks after the class and I had found some real steals and no one would tell me how to handle them.

You had told us that you checked your e mail every night and that it may take 24 to 48 hours for you to respond. This did not happen during that that 6 weeks of frustration.

I had an inside link to the 20 acre mining claims that developers were $400K for permission to put one million dollar homes on each of the 5 acres plots with nothing but forest land around them for mile.

This is just one of about 14 instances that the class taught that was not true causing me to file the complaint with the BBB.

One other thing I did find out the most all of the homes I found out there; someone else had already gleaned off the $35K off of the top that the class told us was available and one other thing, the 6% we were to pay the Realtor was not true either.

In closing, I (Lewis) and two other class mates have never received a note from the professional Realtor, to go see a house in preforeclosure to meet with the owner and be able to offer them a buy out and have at least $35 thousand to play with in the resale of the home, as stated many time in the class.

One class mate had to threaten to get the attorney general forbid them from selling in the state of Colorado. She did get her refund.
