Due to their fraudulent methods I've been forced to cancel my Visa Card and open a new one. They have repeatedly billed me and I'm unclear how I even got on their billing list. I contacted both Amazon.com, EBay.com, and also Paypal.com as they are the only internet sites I ever purchase through. I tried contacting the phone number for the INCOM billing agency to discover who they are and the number was disconnected.

As the previous user stated, the company claims to use CCBILL or NETBILL as their subscription billing companies, but in fact they use their own VISA merchant account for billing. In my case they have now billed me three times for services I never purchased. The previous individual was also correct in that they don't have any staff available to answer the customer service phone or answer their posted help email addresses at [email protected] (in my case the number gad been disconnected).

So as stated by the other individual, if you have a problem you're stuck with the billing and the subscription with no way out except to cancel your card and alert the bank. Which is what I also did, and I will also be filing a fraud billing report with the Federal Trade Commission as soon as the Bank provides me with the details on how to do so.

I was also charged for this site. When checking my statement I saw the charge and obviously questioned it. I had no passed emails with this or any information from this company. Normally when you sign up for an account they send you a confirmation but I had none. I called and emailed the site. I have received a response from the site stating it has been canceled while I was on the phone with a customer service rep whom canceled it as well. I'm not sure if it was a confirmation email from the customer service rep I spoke with or not but regardless (hopefully) it has been canceled. Here is there information for anyone wanting to contact them. It's stinks that I had gotten charged but at least it has been dealt with and hopefully I won't see another charge.
