The company ignored my attempts to contact for return and didn't honor their 30-day-money-back guarantee. On May 13th, I made a purchase online at FlooringInc.com. Immediately after I finalized it, I realized I had made a mistake. and tried to contact them so that the mistake could be corrected or the order canceled before shipping. All of my attempts at contact were ignored. Once the order arrived, I followed their instructions on their website to request a return and was ignored by all three methods of contact. E-mail: no response. Webchat: if choosing the customer service option, I was put on waitlist and then asked to call. If choosing the sales option, I'd get through to someone who would tell me to call. Phone call: put on hold until the call went to voicemail. I left a message every time and never got a call back (even though they tell you if you leave a voicemail you won't lose your place in line).
I tried contacting them 4 times before I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Through BBB I got a response saying they were contacting the manufacturer for an RMA#. A couple of weeks later I got an e-mail from them saying the manufacturer denied my return and therefore my purchase was final. I inquired about the 30-day-money-back-guarantee and never received any responses.
