India Staffing Group (ISG) is the collective of india-own staffing companies supported by a corporate india manager good-old boy's network in the US that uses aggressive dirty politics and collution between other india-staffing companies to squeeze competing non-ethically American based staffing companies out of the market.
There tactics include: aggressive spamming and aggressive cold calling to unempolyed engineers... they harass people relentlessly to the point that engineers can't even find non-india-owned staffing companies anymore, especially when apply for jobs at intel and qualcomm and else where in california, oregon, arizona and nationally as well.
In otder to avod being legally challenged, the india staffing group relies on guerilla structures that break up and distribute the management of the group acorss thousands of indian-owned companies to make it difficult to shutdown, but there is a cental group that help to coordinate jobs reqs btween smaller francises that is hidden from the public view for this reason i call them the "india staffing group" because the primary qualification for membership is be from india or to be managed by a person from india with the majority of staff minorities or women. The purpose of the group is not necessary to make money, but to disqualify white Americans for jobs by doing their staffing job wrong when they are presented with a non-minority job canidiate and to distribute blame so widely across afilitate india-own staffing companies that it is difficult to stop every hydrahead staffing company.
