Individual Ripped Off by Electric Nerd AKA php-classifieds.com AKA Martin Zivadinovic Allen, Texas
I paid Martin Zivadinovic of Electric Nerd\http://php-classifieds.com/ $250 Us dollars with and agreement for a total of $300 when the site was finished. The site was pre-built and it was his newest system out was what he told me. The system was supposed to have a banner system custom built for me and that is why the cost was $300 but it never happened. Email from Martin (From: Martin Sent: Wednesday, April 11, 2012 8:07 PM Subject: Banner system flowchart, Here is the flowchart of the banner system. Please let me know what you think Best Regards, Martin) I called and emailed Martin several times and had a hard time getting him to return my emails or calls. The site was uploaded but the banner system was never completed. I ask several times about the banner system and was told it was being designed.
This had gone on for weeks and still no banner system even with me sending emails like this one (Martin Are you still working I have sent multiple emails and no response. Jim). I started checking and the company was listed on ripoff report so I emailed Martin

Martin I found and article on your company electricnerd under the ripoff report and it seems that I am getting the same treatment. I sent emails to you and no reply. I have to call you to get a response on a website that I have made a down payment on. If this keeps up I am going to have to request a refund as well as I can not keep letting time pass by and nothing to show for it. These emails go on and on but Martin came back after telling me that he had already paid to have the banner system built with "the programmer needs his money up front". I explained to Martin that I had paid all but $50 of the agreed upon price of $300 and this is when Martin turned and said all the add-ons were custom. I have over 115 emails where we have gone back and forth over this project and I still do not have a completed working site per our agreement. Now he is posting on http://www.scriptcopy.com/craigslist-clone-script/
under the name of Professional Classifieds Script. This guy is trying to hide or cover his website anyway he can to try and get others to sign up so he can scam them. Below is a link to others that have been ripoffed by Martin Zivadinovic of Electric Nerd or http://php-classifieds.com

I just found out after Martin uploaded a make do banner system that does not work to my site that he is listed on http://www.snetworksclassifieds.com/?script=piracy under www.electricnerd.com for script's piracy. This guy is not only a scammer but he is also a theif and is listed as such at the site list above. More to come as I find it.
